Information required for Permanent residency in China
1. The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Entry and Exit of Aliens;
1. Rules governing the implementation of the Laws of the People’s Republic of China on the Entry and Exit of Aliens ;
2. The Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China
3. The Regulation for work visas issued by the Ministry of the Public Security ;
4. The Regulations for Employment of the AliensIssued by the Ministry of the Labor, the Ministry of the Public Security, the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Foreign Economic Trade)
5. The Rules of the University enrolling Overseas Students
1. Two application forms for residing in China permanently and three recent, bare-headed, full-faced, white-background color photos;
2. One copy of the applicant’s valid passport or other valid travel certificates and their visa.;
3. The applicant must supply a written letter of application for residing in China permanently;
4. The applicant must submit the certificates proving he/she has property and economic security, such as the certificate of the House Property or bank deposit book;
5. Certificates notarized by a notary organization with the person’s name, gender, birthday, nationality, occupation, employee, place of work, family address, relationship with warrantee, warrantor’s signature, etc., as stated and presented in the “Application form for residing in China permanently ;”
6. Any other requested certificates
